Zebra: Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zebra app operated by Sona Pets LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Zebra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
Zebra is a lifestyle and wellness tool for informational and self-tracking purposes only.
- No medical advice: Social Battery, sleep penalty, stress multipliers, forecasts, and recovery timers are algorithmic estimates—not medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or professional advice.
- Not a medical device: Zebra is not FDA-cleared or CE-marked and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
- Consult professionals: Always seek advice from a qualified physician or healthcare provider before making decisions about alcohol, sleep, stress, or physical activity.
- Emergencies: If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Zebra.
3. Responsible Consumption
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for your alcohol consumption and all consequences that result from it.
- No safety guarantee: Spacers, shields, and pacing tools do not make it safe to drive or operate machinery. Zebra does not calculate Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) for legal or safety purposes. Never drink and drive.
- Alcohol dependency: If you have a history of alcohol use disorder or dependency, Zebra is not a substitute for professional care.
4. Apple Health (HealthKit) & Health Connect
Optional health sync is provided for convenience only. Enabling it does not create a medical relationship and does not guarantee accurate recovery estimates.
- Apple Health on iOS: If you opt in, Zebra may read heart rate data via HealthKit solely to calibrate in-app metrics. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Zebra.
- Health Connect on Android: If you opt in, Zebra may read equivalent heart rate data from Health Connect. You can revoke permissions in Health Connect settings.
- Data accuracy: Health data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy of data from Apple Health, Health Connect, wearables, or third-party sources.
- No reliance: Do not use health-sync features to decide whether you are fit to drive, work, exercise, consume alcohol, or make medical decisions.
